Introducing myself to people always makes me feel like I'm in group therapy...
So this is me... Hi, I’m Lee *awkward grin*
My photographic spark was lit by award-winning photo-journalist/lecturer, Zubeida Vallie and flamed bright during a life-changing interview with award-wining lifestyle and commercial photographer, Gerda Genis, while studying at the Cape Town University of Technology.
After a whirlwind decade experimenting with life, love and business all over South Africa, I re-branded and headed for the international waters of cruise line life for the next decade.
Taking a leaf from the books of each country I visited, person I met and friend I made, I left ship-life a far richer soul than when I arrived. Whatever the next decade holds, I'm excited to share it with you and yours behind and in front of the camera 🧡📸
Belle Lumière Foto Supports:
I offer "Pictures In The Park" photographing families who have adopted rescues and seniors. Donations can be made as a photoshoot or directly, here. I am not only advocating for #adoptdontshop, but also hopefully sparking the realization that many people do "family portraits" without their most beloved members. Our pets are such a cornerstone in our lives but they are rarely photographed.
I donate $60 per month to this nonprofit. For more on what they do, visit https://projectflamingo.co.za/
